  • Before You Take Another Drink
  • Before You Cheat on Your Spouse
  • Before You Gossip
  • Before You Engage in a Bad Habit
  • Before You Light That Cigarette
  • When You Feel Like Hitting Someone
  • When You Feel Like Sleeping Another Hour
  • When You Feel Lazy
  • When You Feel Jealous

Those who succeed in life focus on their destination. They do not allow anything to distract them or take them off their path. They are only focused on one thing – moving forward. Anything that does not help them move forward, they ignore, shake off or avoid.
